Cannot recommend them enough. Tony has helped my parents a number of times and helped me with my dishwasher and fridge - always giving me a fair price and being very honest about my options. When you first contact them, Lisa will help determine whether it’s an appliance they can repair - potentially saving you from an unnecessary service call. Absolutely don’t hesitate to connect with them!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE!! We called because our gas stove's display told us that the fan was faulty. So $150 for the technician to tell us what the stove said and order the part. They charged $300 for the fan and another $180 for installation. After 4 MONTHS of continual emails telling us that the part was in the US but did not know when it would ship, we decided to phone Whirlpool Canada. And discovered that the part is actually made in Canada, can get it in 2 weeks and costs $109!!! Called Valley Home Appliances and they got the part and repaired it in 2 weeks for $270 parts, labour and taxes in! NOT the nearly $700 that Appliance Surgeons charged! And furthermore, NO ONE at Appliance Surgeons would talk to us by phone! The only way to communicate was by email! HORRIBLE service! Felt totally taken! What a scam!

This an excellent repair service. Tony is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is quick to diagnose problems and provide options. He also provides great advice about purchasing new appliances. I highly recommend this company!!

I found Appliance Surgeons via a google search shortly after I bought my first property and the dishwasher was having problems and have continued to use them since, for all of my appliance repair needs in more than one home. Tony is always excellent and on point. Diagnosing the problem correctly the first time and always having the parts he needs on hand. He has also sometimes called me in advance to get a better idea of the symptoms and ensure he has the right parts with him. I credit him entirely with keeping my older appliances working -- essential in the case of one place where the space for the washer and dryer was small and realizing the few appliances are made in a size that will fit that space nowadays, it was important to keep them in good working order, which Tony always did!

Tony was great and repaired my dryer in record time. Very friendly, explained things well and cleaned up after himself. Only suggestion I would have is that they bring a shop vac since using my little vacuum actually blocked it up. They still warrant a 5 star rating though!!

Today was at least the 4th time I've used Appliance Surgeons since I first had them fix my fridge almost 12 years ago. The service was excellent. Tony is efficient, knowledgable, helpful, organized and clean. On top of it, he is nice and personable. He even indulged my 2 year old twins who very fascinated by his toolbag. From booking my appointment with the very nice lady on the phone, through the reminder phone call and finally visit I could not be happier. And the price for the work was very reasonable as well. And Tony made sure he provided the quote before he commenced the work. Although I hope I don't need their services any time soon - this will be the appliance repair place I will be calling should I need the service! Thank you, Karina

This is the sixth time I have used Appliance Surgeons over a period of years. They have repaired my dishwasher, stove, fridge and today, my washer. They are always reliable, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and on time. I cannot say enough good things about the service they provide. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic experience! I called at around 1pm and got an appointment the same day between 2pm and 4pm for which I’m extremely grateful. The expert that came over was kind, experienced, clear about what was needed for a repair and extremely quick. He was there at 2:40pm which was just great. I only have nice things to say and will be happy calling this company again for any appliance repairs.

I have used this company twice now, once for my dryer and now for my fridge. Both times they have been responsive, honest and helpful. They even managed to squeeze me in last minute for my fridge. Probably the best company I have ever used for my appliances. Would highly recommend them to everyone and everyone! Tony came out to help me today and was fantastic.

Fridge died; I booked an appointment online. Tony was here the next day, on time. He was very friendly, diagnosed the issue quickly and had parts available in town for less than I could find online. I have a fridge again, and it cost me less than I expected. I'm very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this business. A+

I recently had the need to contact the Appliance Surgeon team again to repair my washing machine. I last had them come by in 2014. Lisa, in the front office, was consistently prompt in her replies to me and what caught my attention was her devotion to your company as shown by her quick response to me on Sunday evening. Her approach throughout the booking process was professional, kind and supportive. She was also flexible in getting a tech to see me on Monday. Tony, the technician who came by, was prompt, extremely courteous and also very professional. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable in his ability to affect the repairs in an honest and complete manner. I highly recommend Appliance Surgeons

This is the second time that appliance surgeons have come to rescue. The first was for my refrigerator and most recently my dishwasher. On both instances the service was scheduled at my convenience, the time frames were honoured and Tony was wonderful, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent service.
