Tony, the technician, was excellent. He quickly diagnosed and repaired our gas range. He was polite, on time and explained what he was doing in a clear manner. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Fantastic experience! I called at around 1pm and got an appointment the same day between 2pm and 4pm for which I’m extremely grateful. The expert that came over was kind, experienced, clear about what was needed for a repair and extremely quick. He was there at 2:40pm which was just great. I only have nice things to say and will be happy calling this company again for any appliance repairs.

We are so impressed with the service we received from Appliance Surgeons. Communication was excellent with Lisa in the office, who was kind, courteous, informative and speedy in her responses. Tony called in advance, was completely on time, was professional, tidy, courteous, and informative. He patiently explained all steps, everything he needed to do and why, and what to expect. Happily, they had pre-ordered the parts, so everything could be done on the first visit. He was kind with our dogs, and completely easy going. Everything was fixed beautifully and within the timeframe he estimated. The price was exactly as quoted, and the payment was easy with many options. Overall, just a terrific experience, and highly recommended! UPDATE (7/01/2020): My dryer stopped heating and so a quick email to Lisa had Tony at my house within a couple of days. Everything noted above still applies, a very positive experience - what a great company! Very happy with them, and will continue to call on them for all my appliance repairs.

Tony was great and repaired my dryer in record time. Very friendly, explained things well and cleaned up after himself. Only suggestion I would have is that they bring a shop vac since using my little vacuum actually blocked it up. They still warrant a 5 star rating though!!

I have used this company twice now, once for my dryer and now for my fridge. Both times they have been responsive, honest and helpful. They even managed to squeeze me in last minute for my fridge. Probably the best company I have ever used for my appliances. Would highly recommend them to everyone and everyone! Tony came out to help me today and was fantastic.

I found Appliance Surgeons via a google search shortly after I bought my first property and the dishwasher was having problems and have continued to use them since, for all of my appliance repair needs in more than one home. Tony is always excellent and on point. Diagnosing the problem correctly the first time and always having the parts he needs on hand. He has also sometimes called me in advance to get a better idea of the symptoms and ensure he has the right parts with him. I credit him entirely with keeping my older appliances working -- essential in the case of one place where the space for the washer and dryer was small and realizing the few appliances are made in a size that will fit that space nowadays, it was important to keep them in good working order, which Tony always did!

Highly professional and knowledgeable about the intricacies of the electronic parts that are common failure points. Would not hesitate to ring them again in the event another appliance requires maintenance.

Very good service. Tony did a thorough check on my mom's washer and replaced the belts. He has good knowlege and advice, and knows what he's doing! It also didn't cost "the moon" to have the work done.This kind of service is not to be taken for granted these days.
