They're the best! Tony repaired my stove after mice nested in the oven insulation, and he keeps my washing machine going and going. He really knows his stuff. The office is efficient and friendly too, and prices are very fair.

Fridge died; I booked an appointment online. Tony was here the next day, on time. He was very friendly, diagnosed the issue quickly and had parts available in town for less than I could find online. Our oven (with a gas range stovetop) would not heat and we were able to get diagnostics and repairs done very easily. Lisa was very helpful and communicated the process to us very well. Tony, our repairman was very polite, knowledgeable and walked us through the steps he took to repair our oven and what to look for in the future to prevent our issue from happening again. Fantastic experience! I called at around 1pm and got an appointment the same day between 2pm and 4pm for which I’m extremely grateful. The expert that came over was kind, experienced, clear about what was needed for a repair and extremely quick. He was there at 2:40pm which was just great. I only have nice things to say and will be happy calling this company again for any appliance repairs.
